I have a 5 site UX5000 with a UXMail with front ended Auto Att. When someone tries to call a certain extension thru the front end the call just disconnects. When I try it internally thru the Pilot number it works fine. If I try it thru the PRI or a copper line it disconnects. If I try it thru the remote sites thru their respective copper lines it disconnects. It is only happening to that 1 extension, doesn't even say "please hold on while I try that extension". Fixed Call Forward is fine. DID call is fine. Could there be a feature on in her mailbox causing this problem. I have never seen this before. Any help would be greatly appreciated...

Check that mailbox to make sure it's not hacked. It could be trying to dial outside (trunk to trunk) the system and by default the UX does not allow this.

What feature am I missing. I logged in remote on the user side and into admin. of UXMail and I can't find anything. If it is trying to call out where is it trying it.

Have you simply tried to delete the mailbox and add it back in?
