You just need a straight-through female to female cable and any standard terminal emulation software. Still, this is quite easily done via phone programming at ext. 100.

You connect with straight thru serial cable. However if the admin password has been changed you still can't get into programming.

If you have the system programming manual and look under customer database programming, you will get your basic questions answered. But to help you out, you will use a straight through F-F cable. Confirm your baud rate in Flash 15.
