Never heard of ESI doing That ;-) are you sure it wasn't a software Upgrade? They do That, all the time. I can see the light at the end of the tunnel.. Retirement 2019 ( It has happened )

breeze Member Joined: Dec 2004 Posts: 72 Melbourne, FL	The patch was written specifically for this site. They took the patch into the newest release that was just sent out. The patch did work on the system co line and intercom calls, but did not help with the ESI-Link calls. Actually, we are now back to square one. It seems when we tweak the ESI, we need to tweak the EnGenius. Trying to balance the two ampified sources to provide clarity across the system on both CO and intercom calls is turning out to be an event that just can't be done! We are now looking at putting a Iwatsu ADIX in to support the cordless phones and remove the EnGenius from the ESI altogether. Obviously, we lose the functionality of having the cordless on the system. What a nightmare.

breeze Member Joined: Dec 2004 Posts: 72 Melbourne, FL	Ok. Newest - latest ESI version loaded on the the 200 on May 2nd. Went to site and tested. The system has white noise that cannot be removed, but the call quality is now acceptable. ESI-Link calls are ok...not the greatest but acceptable. I will see what happens in the coming weeks. A much better situation to be in then where we left it. Works...but I will not sell another ESI/EnGenius Pro sale!
