It should work, I know you can't install a DK16 expansion cabinet on a DK16e. Another thing to try is to go into programming and verify the new ports have an intercom and line buttons assigned to it. By default it should. Does the DKT display work on the new ports?

I know the displays do not currently work. I will take the system down saturday, and try the new expansion cabinet and see what happens. If that doesn't work, I will try to default and reprogram.

Ok, swapped expansion cabinet, same problem, defaulted system, same problem, tried moving the cards around, same thing. Finally I pulled the co card on the main cabinet, I think it is a TCOU, and slot 18 started working! Thankfully, I had enough KCDU cards to accommodate all the co's.
