Can't tell you guys how much help you have been. I plan on mounting the system on a 3'x3'x3/4" plywood. will mount the blocks and prewire (reversing where the cable from the ksu connectors to the block. (That is just on the output and not input?) That way the rest of the system can be "standard" for the next system.
Then I can test the unit before we tear out the old and install. They can't afford to be out of service so will have to get done over weekend.
Will order the manual and then can check out that way. will be interesting. I haven't messed with this type of equipment since I used to install my old phone system that was 25 pair to each phone. That is the exact type of system we are replacing. Anyone need any of those old parts?
Thanks again and I will let you know how it proceeds. Will probably be back asking questions anyway.

That's correct. Just roll the blue pair on the station blocks.
