Dear all,

I am trying to call forward all the incoming calls from one extension to an external phone number. We are trying to setup a coworker work from home and so far we are unable to forward all her calls using:

Ext. Button + #6011 + Dest No.

We can forward only to a three digit extension.

I have access to the emanager software I can login into the system.

Someone knows how to accomplish call forward on the CTX-100, either from the phone or from emanager software.

Thanks in advance.

System CTX-100

I was able to complete the call forward procedure by reading an old entry on this very same forum.

I was unaware that I was required to enter the following pattern.

Ext. Button + #6011 + 9 + Dest No.

Thanks in advance. !

I'm having the same exact issue, however dialing 9 does not work, as our system is not configured for LCR. How do I get external call forwarding to select our CO line 7 and then dial? There must be a code for it, but I can't seem to find it. Thanks!

I'm pretty sure you are going to have to set up LCR because you have to use dial 9 when setting up the external call forward.

And make sure your Trunk supervision is set to received to allow trunk to trunk transfers. Also your COS.

Try #6011#7007{phone number}#
This will only grab line 7, so if its busy it won't go out.
