I am trying to set up Mobile extension with copper trunks .When the cell phone rings I press the Star key but I do not get connected to the call .The only way it seems to work is when I program it for no conformation tone required .I am pretty sure it did work when I called the mobile extension internally but when I called thru the auto attendant and dialed the extension I could not get connected to the cell phone

Are your trunks setup for tandem?
FYI: Mobile extension is not recommended on copper trunks.
We get old too soon, smart too late
