When I set my DSX up on my SIP trunks at the office it was seamless for me I only have a problem with one of my customers cell phone numbers and it is only his number so it is not that big of a deal to me but programming the DSX for SIP was very easy.

Since i switched to true static IP customer has no problems at all.

I wonder what kind of problem you have with cell number?
