SL1100 configured 12x24, can't get my windows 7 laptop connected to the KSU thru PCPRO. KSU & PCPro are set at the same IP addresses, & the laptop is on wireless internet conn.,but I get an error note to make sure I'm connected to the I'net & make sure the IP add. is correct.Help! what am I doing wrong. My 1st SL1100 , if you have not guessed that.

I would connect directly to the ethernet port on the cpu & see it that works.

Thanx Dr Pbx that does work,on "Web pro" BUT I'm trying to upgrade the software, & I need an internet conn. along with the KSU conn. when I got the webpro screen ,I didn't see any invite to "upgrade SW", so I assume I need to do that with PCPro.

Go to the SL1100 web site. It has specific instructions. You download the upgrade. The apply with PC pro. The SL does not need to be on the net. Current ver is 3.
Do some reading and watch videos on the site. SL is kinda complicated.

I just upgraded one last week & its really easy using PC Pro.

We've had a few washing machine down here. I suspect techs trying to load the wrong software package. Have been able to restore them via the CF card method..

Now that they have the Bata version out it has made programming the SL 1100 much easier. I
