That's a starting bid. The final bid may be much higher, and there may or may not be a reserve. Also, as anyone here can tell you, when you buy on eBay, you take your chances. Maybe it works, maybe not.

If the cards shown are working properly, there is a CO card that will support 4 outside lines, and there is an analog card which will support 4 analog phones. Also, the motherboard supports 8 DTerm phones.
There is also a voicemail card shown.
No one here can promise that anything on eBay or any other site is working properly.
