With inter-tel is there a way to monitor voicemail stats at all, or better yet, is there a way to get some sort of notification when a mailbox is full?

Similarly I would like to know if it is possible to monitor mailbox storage and # of messages through Reporter Realtime.

You cannot monitor mailboxes w/ Call Center Suite. This is an area Inter-Tel needs to address. Version 5.1 of Netphone from CTS (Oaisys) allows you to configure DSS keys for extensions and show how many new messages an extension has, but that is about as good as it gets.

Our vendor suggested to make a tile that shows how many calls hit a Call Routing announcement which transfers to voice mail... but a) that didn't work correctly and b) wouldn't really tell you about messages left anyway.
We use the e-mail gateway to collect voice mail messages outside of the PBX so we have a rough idea how many and how large and of course I can see each mailbox stats through DB Programming but would be nice to throw some stats up on a monitor somehow.
