THANK YOU FOR TELLING ME THIS. There is no possible way that I could have known that what I am asking is "dealer only" knowledge. I just thought that this forum was a place where people would freely exchange knowledge. Thank you for clearing that up for me. I will learn how to do this, and then I will freely pass the knowledge onto other people who have the same issues.

Unfortunately the 6700 series set are confusing to program unless you are familiar with button mapping on the XE/XL series. I must have put in a million of those systems back in the day.As the others said it isn't easy unless your trained on them and know where and how to apply the A and B buttons in button mapping programming.
