You can use speed buttons and put flash then number.
Then you just press button labeled for remote office, hear ring and hang up. Can also be done via AA.

Just an update.... Verizon installed at remote site but we were delayed at our main site (with the dsx 40) until Monday.

By the way we're using pbx phones that have a flash button. I guess that would work too.

I'll also set up a hot key to flash and dial the remote number as Brokeda said.

VERIZON SUCKS BIG TIME!!!!

Verizon told me we were getting Custopak on FiOS lines.
When I started talking to Verizon (months ago)I asked if they had a way to transfer calls between my customers two locations. They said yes, and they'd give us Centrex. Two months later they said they didn't offer Centrex in our area but they could give us Custopak (same thing). I said OK. They "installed" it but it would not transfer calls.
I called Verizon and they told me I was missinformed by their rep and they did not offer Custopak in our area. We got FiOS but still no way (thru Verizon) to transfer calls between locations (which is why I went with them).
