Setting up a new TVA50 in a law firm that has outlook office365.com as an email host. I keep getting an smtp error 530 5.7.1 client was not authenticated when trying to send email. Seems to me that the voicemail system needs a way to be authenticated but I'm not sure.
Any ideas?

Don't think 365 will work with pop or smtp You may have to use a google or some other pop account to send the mail through
“I have not failed. I've just found 10,000 ways that won't work.”

Was able to get this working by using the customers domain name provider who happens to be GoDaddy. They had one free email with the domain name and was able to set it up as smtp relay with TLS. Working for now.
