"Calling Party Number" is set on a range of extensions. When any of these extensions make an outgoing call, the end users phone displays what it is set to. Changing the number will change what is displayed for the end user.

There is a group of extensions where the Calling Party Number is set, but the end users phone displays a different number.

I am unable to find anything in the GUI (and I don't have any experience to attempt to configure it via the console).

Any ideas?

Is the failing group dialing out on a PRI? That's the only time the CPN field modifies the outbound CID. Double check the programming.

Yes it is.

That is what I assumed (I have no training in inter-tel or telecom for that matter. Just the experience I have from doing the basics with the inter-tel system we have here)

I am unable to double check the programming (no idea how).
