I have setup *# as A081 in CM200
I have given all trunks an ID (1101, 1102, 1103 etc...) in CM 3019.

When I dial the access code I get stutter dialtone and I enter the ID code, but then receive fast busy....??

I made sure the COS is allowed to do direct trunk select in CM1555.

For some reason I was thinking you had to dial the access code, then the trunk group (10) then the trnk number (001-023), but I get re-order tone after 4 digits..... I have tried dialing the access code, then the trunk ID from CM 3019 (1100, 1101 etc...) but that just gives re-order tone as well...

help?!?!?

Wow its been so long since I had to do this but something at the back of my mind is telling me that it is access code, tenant number then trunk number! I will see if I get time to look it up today and see how fallible my memory is!

CMD 15 Allow Individual Trunk Access in Service Restriction

Hey R4+Z good to see you on the 4M again!

I have everything setup as per your post. I am banging my head against a wall here... lol

CM1202 - All Stations = 1515
CM1555>15=1
CM200 AB = A081
CM3019>100=1100 (101=1101, 102=1102 etc...)

User dials *#, then 1102 gets re-order tone. Get re-order tone no matter which trunk they select.

This is a PRI, that shouldn't matter, right???

I have had a few sites where I could not get this to work, others work like a charm.

Ok so i'm clutching at straws here but there is a possibility that it is the sending method of the ISDN so as a long shot try checking CMD 08 de 403
0 : Not available
1 : Available

This is timing start and may be causing the problem! But this is more of a guess than anything else.

I have an IVS set up in the study with a Cisco providing an ISDN feed (very handy for testing systems) and if I get chance over the weekend I will fire it up and see if I can duplicate the problem!

You can also try 200>*#>100 to access trunks by group

100 = TG 00
101 = TG 01, etc.
