the voice mail pass codes... also i just found out there are two different parts of the DX120... if i understand this you have the PBX side for routing of calls and then you have a Voice mail side... i have the manual for the PBX side but not one on the voice mail... is there a manual for how to setup and configure the Voice mail?

There ya go..you don't need PCDBA to reconfigure the voice mail or reset pass codes.
If you Google DX120 voice mail manual it pops right up....
