It had been fine but today they reset twice! Any idea where i can get the firmware for the IPRC so I can give that a shot?

Get the firmware and instructions from your Inter-Tel dealer. You will need to create a TFTP server and point your IP phones to it. It sounds difficult. It's not, as long as you follow the directions. I scanned the directions and lost a good portion of my scalp because of it.
The TFTP server can be downloaded and run on a PC or laptop. Edit the text of the firmware to point to that location. Edit the same information of the IP phones through a browser using the IPRC IP address as the URL. You can program each IP phone from that browser location as long as the phones are on the network.
