Thanks for the responses guys. I really appreciate it. We determined the failure of the upgrade on the NCP500....I was not being sent the correct registration code, so that gets us by for now.
After doing some research and gathering all of your opinions, I think too that moving to the 1000 and programming from scratch is the way to ultimately go. Thanks again.
