I have a bogen Multicom 2000 and definity I have been asked to help work on. The bogen is working fine, when we connect the definity with aux port trunk and page through the definity the page goes through but very low, Bogen tech support states that there is nothing we can do on the multicom. We have tried the loop start trunk and still the same. Has anyone run into this and is there anything we should try next?
Thanks in advance.

Is there a 600-ohm transformer between the two? It may be required. Also, are you using a UPAM or any other adapter between the two?

You may need a matching/isolation transformer. Make sure that both sides match the impedance you connect to.

Try a 909 coupler. That should do it.
