1. Mistake #1
You bought a PRI card from supposed Certified Dealer.
An upgrade was available and they could not do it.
You should have had them keep the card and found one some
where else,. Why pay for something that is flawed.
Most likely not a certified dealer.
2. How much do you make and how long did it take for you to fix.
3. When hiring a phone vendor or IT or Plumber, due diligence is
required.
