Hi Everyone,
Trying to add a Aaastra 6757 to a Aastra Pro 160 System.
All the phones in the current system are model 57s.
I'm going into the web interface and adding the Ext, and mac address of the phone, but for some reason it doesn't seem to see the phone. I can ping the phone so I know there is no communication issues on the network. I'm wondering if firmware is the problem. The 57i phones have a firmware that is 2.x the new phone has a 3.x firmware.
Can someone give me heads up on what's going on here? If it is the firmware can it be downgraded to the 2.x? I can't find that version firmware on the Aastra site.
