Yes your right, he has the line split, we had a fax and a dsl line in the front on an extension from that line. Wouldn't work in the system as a fax, it wasn't really on the ATA.

No the 3rd line was not part of a rollover, but it is in the system as a fax, and now with the fax machine on the ATA, it will show as busy when in use on the 3rd line on handsets.
