Good morning board, I have an NEC SV8100 in our office with service provided by Cox and all outgoing calls from our office show up as either Private, Anonymous or Unknown. I've talked to Cox and they refreshed the group information tied to our account, which didn't help and I've poked around the SV8100s web interface and I can't see any outgoing caller ID settings. Could someone with some experience with this equipment point me in the right direction? My apologies if this has been discussed already, I searched the board and couldn't find anything helpful. Thanks in advance!

You must not have sufficient access to outbound call and cos settings. They are right there.

I think first you need make sure all the number are private or not. if not, check 20-08-15 outgoing caller ID is blocked or not.

If you have a ISDN PRI, then MB 21-12 and/or 21-13. 21-12 is for trunk CID and 21-13 is for station CID. 21-13 overrides 21-12 if both are assigned.
