I have two Toshiba CIX 670 systems. We have setup a phone (233) from one system to call forward to a phone in the other system (#6011 72 433). The phone on the other system rings 3 times, but if there is no answer it kicks the caller back to the main menu rather than the voice mail for 433. How can I go about fixing this?

What type of circuit do you have connecting the systems? What happens when you make a direct call to 433 from that end or a call from the far end directly (72 433)?
