I lost my installation disc for the DB Programming software. I contacted Inter-Tel support online and found that to get the software I need to visit a local store. There isn't a store nearby so i was wondering if anyone knew where I could find a copy online.
Is there somewhere specific I can look and any place I can download it from?

You will need to contact your dealer or your local Inter-Tel branch whichever supports you. There is no publicly accessible downloads for any Inter-Tel software.

You can ask if they will let you download it from their FTP site. I believe their policy is not to allow access, but if there is no one local to help, and you're very nice, they may let you in.
