How do we set the forwarding path for incoming calls from outside to go to her voice mail if the end user doesn't pick up? We have an Inter-Tel Axxess phone system where when her phone gets calls from the outside, they go straight to the receptionist. Calls placed from inside, one extension to another, ring the set # of times and go to her voicemail, which is what we want the outside calls to do. Thanks, Sally
