I am having a funny fault by OS7030 ver 4.7. When i dial out on CO lines there are no issues. however the PBX is SIP peered to a SIP server and every time i dial out using sip trunks, the 3rd digit is missing. For a 4 digit no. like 4302, it will show 432 on the digits received by the Sipserver. i have to dial 5 digits like 43002 to get through to extension 4302. how do i get around this fault?
heads up

Sounds like there is a digit being deleted somewhere. I'd need to the db to check all the programming.
What does the smdr show when you call out with only 4 digits vs calling 5 digits
