Hi all,

I just recently took over our phone system. One of my assigned tasks is to have the system auto switch from Night Mode (Ring Plan 2) to day mode (Ring plan 1) They are supposed to go to day mode at 09:00 and back to night mode at 20:00. Reading the programming instructions, it says "A higher numbered Ring Plan cannot have a START time before a lower numbered Ring Plan."

My original plan was to have:
Ring Plan 1 09:00 - 20:00
Ring Plan 2 00:00 - 23:59

But since Ring Plan 2 start time is earlier than #1, I"m guessing it's not going to work.

Any ideas how to program this correctly?

Thanks in advance,
Gary

Easy, swap rp1 and 2 times.
When auto switching rp1 has to be night

Thanks, that's what I was thinking. I "think" I got the Ring Plans swapped around, we'll see tonight / tomorrow.

Thanks, Gary.
