have set BGM /music on hold
music source of BGM2 = external bgm port 2
music of hold bgm 1 ( external bgm port 1)
ICD GROUP TENANT 2
DIL TABLE AND PORT SETTING DIL = TENANT NUMBER 2
tenant music on hold BGM2
anything else still getting music off BGM1

have you put the extensions in to the correct tenant group?

the extns are part of a ucd group they answer calls from both companies I wanted them to play different message for each company?
