Hello and Merry Christmas,

I'm hoping somebody can help me with an old Officeserv 100 system.

We have recently moved office and reinstalled it at the new place.
The phones all work internally however we can only dial out if set to pulse dialing.

When set to DTMF it's as if the system is waiting for a send key, however we have no send key.
Somebody has suggested the system may be set to en-block dialing instead of overlay but I can't find a setting for this?

Can anybody help or confirm if this is likely to be a fault?

Many Thanks
Duncan

What kind of trunks do you use at new place? Which phones do you use?
