Hello all,
I have one phone out in the shop that is stuck on hold, when you lift the reciver all you here is our hold music,
This phone is an old style push button vertical phone it is a 06-13 R6 Base Ass'y ROHS.
Ive tried going to the phone it last called and I performd the intcm #3 and # trick but it didnt work, Ive unplugged the line from the system and left it off for awhile with no luck.
Im now stuck and looking for any info I can get to be able to fix this..

Yes that was my first thought also, so I reset the system and no luck.

Reseting the system again for some reason fixed it..
