We have a two cabinet OS7200. MCP software version 4.46d. LCP software version 4.17. 1 - PRI, 1 - SVMi-20e2, 2 - 16DLI2's, 4 - Combo's and 2 - 8DLI's. No spare slots. Replaced the 8DLI's with 16DLI2's last night. System recognized new 16DLI2's, phones come up on the new cards. The issue is when trying to dial out, internal or external, there seems to be a delay or incorrect digits more often than not. Lift the handset, no dial tone, hang up a few times, then internal dial tone. Example, press 9, press 250, display shows 20, sometimes have to press a digit several times to show up. Only happens on the new 16DLI2 cards and not every time, 75% of the time it does not work properly.
Could it be firmware on the new 16DLI2 cards? I compared the new and old card and noticed that on the white labels, old 16DLI2 card has PCS:02, new 16DLI2 card has PCS:05.

Is there any way to try to install this card in other cabinet? It could be a problem with Power supply...

I did try to install the new 16DLI's in the main cabinet but it did not make a difference. Thanks.

There was a Technical Bulletin released 12/23/2014 in regards to 16DLI2, 8DLI2, 4DLM, and 8COMBO3
I would contact tech support in regards to this issue.
