I have a nec 8100 some soft key not working on voicemail how do I change the setting so my customer can use softkeys to DEL. MSG. Thanks Juno

Sounds like you have the UM8000 voice mail, if you do look at the user access option, there you will see Use hands-free message retrieval, if the box is checked remove it and save.
