Hi,
I'm using Inter-tel DB v6.
Is there a way I can route an incoming call to a voice mail extension using call routing? I don't think this is possible, but I'm not 100% sure.
I'm trying to route incoming calls made to a DID number with no extension assign directly to voicemail box extension. Is there a way to do this if call routing is not possible?
I'm not sure if this is feasible. Here's my intention.
Call receive to the DID during the day or work hours will be routed to front desk/receptionist.
Call receive to DID at night or after hours. I want calls to be route to a voicemail box not to automated voice application.

You will need to simply create a CRA that times out to the mailbox desired then point your DID to that CRA.
