We have taken over a dukane Starcall unit and we have gotten an error 9 at the Admin phone.
I have already checked all of the connections at the punchdown block and also checked the shield termination at the PA side of the system.
I do not have any software for the system.
Any help is appreciated

Try dialing 753# to clear the code and see if it comes back.

ok will do, do you happen to have an installer manual or error code listing. The company that installed it year ago no longer is in business.
So been trying to fix issues as they come up using standard electrical diagnostics

Hi unfortunately those manuals are confidential so I cannot share them with anyone than my own customers.
If you PM your zip code, I can get you the name and phone number of your local regional manager who can put you in touch with someone who can possibly help you.
That error code is associated with a card error but typically occurs after a strange reset occurs (power blip, etc...).
