I have an extension that still rings even when placed on Do-Not-Disturb. I've got in to DB Programming but all flags appear to be correct, its quite bizarre and I think its the only extension I have that does that. Am I overlooking something obvious? Any help would be appreciated!

Are you sure that it is actually ringing or is it receiving HG camp on indications? What does the display show while ringing and is the ring cadence the same as a regular ringing call?

Its actually ringing.
The screen shows DO NOT DISTURB when Idle and when a call is coming in it says
"555-555-1212 TFR FROM EXT 2589"
2589 is the application that has been setup that waits to see if it hears a fax tone to answer the calls appropriately. All extensions in this branch are set up this way - this is the only one that rings on DND.

I would try resetting the system.
If that doesn't work I would delete the extension and reprogram it. Occasionally the DB will get corrupted.
