Trying to make a couple of simple adjustments to this system
need to change a few extension names.
Also trying to change email address for default mailbox on voice processing unit.
I have the kxtva program but when i connect it says i have wrong version.
Would appreciate any help please pm me.

You will need the unified programming tool for the system and a unified voicemail tool to program the e-mail address

I was sure i needed software "tools"

mine is 7.8.1.1 but is Ireland/UK version.
I think in the USA you have to get it from Panasonic site or through your dealer, same as here
