Dave to the rescue. So we can host them here also. Boy have we taken this thing off target, but at least we've learned something.

First, you have your euro terminal strips too close together. You can't have where the wire enters each terminal right up against another strip.
Second. I hate euro terminal strips. It's a personal thing
Third. Dress those wires properly! The ones you have terminated look a mess.
Fourth. Labels? How do you know what terminal does what?
Fith. Workmanship, Be proud, do it like it's in a Macy's Christmas store window.
Lastly, It's doesn't look like that enclosure will be big enough for the data and the coax cables to fit and still look like a professional job

thanks Patrick, yes enclosure is small, initially i wanted to secure wires from environment (dust & sunlight).
i installed with the help of electrician these two pair wires for intercom/pbx but right now i am using few for led lights in rooms (there is voltage drop due to wires but i can go with that..)
terminals are not doing anything, it is just endpoint of wires coming from different area of house including cctv power, door lock, outside intercom etc.
i realize wires are not compatible with the purpose but cant replace them now.
till now i plan to keep all wires terminated here in this small box and make loops for devices (ethernet switch, pbx etc) which i would install in rack (of ample size) or something over this box.
Posting here to get suggestions for improvement within resources and without major overhaul.
thanks and regards,
