First time on this forum. If I am missing any information needed please let me know.
CIX 100 PRI with Stratagy ES Unified Messaging. When sending faxes through Stratagy iES_4.804_a Unified Messaging Fax we keep receiving "Your fax to [number] failed For the following reason: The destination fax did device did not answer" This is happening to a large number of fax machines that we attempt to send to.
We can send via a standard fax machine and everything works fine. I am assuming it has something to do with Error Correction Mode; however, I am unable to find any area's within Stratagy to define this.
Has anyone else run into this issue?

How many ports does the ES have?
If you have an 8-port IES, and only have 6 ports programmed in the CIX - it would cause exactly this problem.
You could also try watching a "Stratagy trace" as the ES sent the fax, that might be revealing. (I fix UM problems that way)

Take a look at the Stratagy Trace, could be the way it is dialing out.
