Having a problem getting an NS700 to send vmail to email on Office365. Panasonic support hasn't helped in finding an answer. I can't seem to find a way to troubleshoot the NS the way I can with the 50 and its live trace where you can actually see the handshake and any SMTP errors that would arise. The trace file that you can view after the fact doesn't seem to show this handshaking or errors. The email test and report feature only shows "sending" or "failed" but never "sent". I'm actually thinking of setting up a 50 to test with. Anyone have any great ideas on how to troubleshoot this problem?

We had problems with sending to office 365 even on the 50. we use a gmail account to send the mail to customers 365 account and name it as voicemail @their company.com
you also need licenses for email integration per user on the ns700

Well, its actually finally working now. Turns out the IT guys gave me the wrong gateway address so it was never making it out to the internet. If the NS had a real time trace like the 50, I might have caught that.
