So what next,, my 4 1408 Telephones are missing white button lettering on the Telephones 15 words,, Menu ,Hold, Etc,, I guess there :1 Fakes , Refurb. Ran out of white ink, or or or or bad luck. Customers need phones and new system ,the Nortel is rebooting every time they use it .

Global sets (no words) have replaced the letter sets.

I don't like that change ,it makes it harder for the customer to adjust ,, its just another cost saving method.

Why are they not making any money like Nortel or is China going to collapse ?? I'll be lucky when i can retire ,, like that will happen when i get struck by lightning.

When are you going to figure out that it's the bean counters that run the company? If it wasn't for them we would still be selling Partner systems and we and our customers would be perfectly happy.

Distributors still have both. Be careful when you order that they don't mix them.
