Just setting up a new OS7200S. At start-up, the system gets to the SVMi started alarm, then shows SYSTEM HALTED PCM SW INIT FAIL on the display. I have done the reset, both by button and via software, still shows the same. Tried with both V4.82 and V4.91 software.

I can log in via Telset - changed the IP and can log in via OSDM. I can also dial thru to the SVMi and get answered.

Anyone have this issue and enlighten me?

I've seen this on an OS7030 and couldn't fix it, Had to replace the cabinet.

I'd say you need a new mp20s card

It did prove out to be the MP20S card.
