Helping a customer with their BCM50. They have a PRI on this system. Customer has a fax connected to one of the ATA ports and a postage meter on another. Both of these devices dial out using the PRI and publish their DID number. Customer would like to eliminate the need to dial 9 on these two devices to make outbound calls. I have hunted and hunted through the element manager and cannot find anything what would auto-dial a 9 when the device goes off hook. Can this be done?

In line access prime set to intercom or pri then in capabilitied hotline to external and to dial a pa pause which is feature 78

Some devices need to hear a dial tone. What CurlyCord said is how to make it work but your device will not hear a dial tone -- unless you have already set up 2nd dial tone. So if you have problems, enable 2nd dial tone.
If CON is the opposite of PRO Then what is the opposite of Progress?
