I am going to be installing a IPedge where the customer currently has a PRI, I will be installing a ADTRAN gateway to convert. Anyone have a cheat sheet for this ?

What model Adtran?

I always use the Adtran configuration wizard that is available on FYI. Just have to make sure you have the correct firmware on your Adtran.

found it , but a little confussed. under collect IP addresses, IP address for ADTRAN and subnet mask for ADTRAN does that need to match the providers IP range or the customers network or does it matter ??

Steve - As long as you have all your info the configuration tool requires, you will be fine. We have never had to touch a GW after install except to see if the PRI is having issues. ~ Mike

It would match the customers network, should be on the same LAN as the IPedge. You will need to use that address for programming the trunks in the IPedge.
