I have an Inter-Tel Axxess version 7.0 system in a branch office. Seems like the CPU card MOH port is bad. Can I just plug in the feed to the Options "Music 2" port?
I know where to make the change for calls on hold to hear the music (under the CO Trunk Groups), but do I need to change some setting for the Background Music to use that port? If so, where?
