I need to get a louder ringer than what is currently on this phone to be heard in a mechanic shop, please tell me how I can accomplish this...

its' a mitel-5315 on a 3300controller

Honestly the best solution would be to connect an external loud bell and place the DN for that device in either a suite or personal ring group with the existing set. Depending on the interface between the loud bell and the PBX, you may need to add a ring booster/shaper as the Mitel ASU doesn't crank out enough ring voltage for some analog loud bells (particularly mechanical ones).
