We converted a customer from an NEC 2400 to an NEC SV9300. On the 2400 we had 16 of the 16lccd cards to give us caller ID on the analog ports. All of the phones got the caller ID. Since moving to the SV9300 it is hit or miss on getting the caller ID on the analog phones. We have been playing with 410>123 and 0401>05 and 06 to see if we can find a happy place that the phones will work. Has anyone else had problems with getting analog phones caller ID to work on the 8300 or 9300 platform and found a solution. Just looking for ideas to try now.
