We have been experiencing similar issues but instead of the phone continually ringing the caller hears silence. We have automated attendant so it seemed that the vm system, hard drive etc could be going out, but after reviewing the logs the phone system has had major reboots multiple times. Now it is minor resets because of card 8 (which is our T1 card).
Backing up we use inter-tel axcess v9 pbx system. Any ideas on why I am getting these errors?

Thanks for starting a new topic.
Now it is minor resets because of card 8 (which is our T1 card). From the errors you have above it looks like the station connected to port 1.9 may have a wiring problem or some other issue. The T1 could be failing because if this or it might be going down due to other problems. It’s hard to tell from just the few errors you have listed to determine the root cause

I agree with RCA, none of the errors that are shown would indicate a VM issue specifically.
