On another post elsewhere, you stated: When "frozen" line is held, I have unplugged ALL stations and lines/trunks from Processor, and line is still won't release. So seriously, if you have unplugged ALL stations and ALL lines, and it is still locked up until you cycle power or reset-save all, there's no way it is carrier related or station related.
